Tickets for Scorpions concert in Abu Dhabi

 Etihad Arena on 17 May 2024 will host a concert by German rock band Scorpions from the rock legends' world tour to celebrate the fortieth anniversary of their studio album Love at First Sting.

The Etihad Arena, where the Scorpions will perform, can hold up to 14,000 people at a time. It hosts the best UFC mixed martial arts and classic boxing bouts, as well as NBA away games. In 2021, the World Swimming Championships were held here. World stars such as Imagine Dragon, Guns N' Roses and others have performed here. The arena creates maximum comfortable conditions for spectators and stars of sports and show business. 

In the spring of this year, Las Vegas gave a start to the Scorpions' world tour called ‘Love at First Sting’. After the United States, the musicians travelled to the Middle East, Asia and Europe. In total, the tour includes more than 20 countries and a huge number of cities. It is planned to end in Germany, where the final six concerts will take place in September 2024. 

The current international tour is timed to the anniversary of the release of the legendary album ‘Love at First Sting’. 40 years ago in 1984, the world heard the songs that later became the band's calling cards. This ninth Scorpions studio album went platinum in America. It was for this reason that the current tour started in Las Vegas. Then in 1984, in support of their new album, the German band went on a world tour, performing a total of 127 times in various cities around the world. The most memorable performances were the shows in California, where 325 thousand spectators gathered and in Rio de Janeiro, where 350 thousand Scorp fans came.

The record ‘Love at First Sting’ became one of the most successful records of the German band and is literally considered a classic. The tracks are performed in heavy metal, glam metal and hard rock style and the best of them will be played at Etihad Arena.
